Trace has been with Mission Possible since 2008 and has served in finance, mission teams, leadership training, and operations. Trace graduated from Taylor University with a Bachelor of Science in computer science/systems and just prior to his start at MP, he graduated from Winebrenner Theological Seminary with a master’s degree in theological studies. Before joining MP, he worked in several computer network support positions then into full time ministry as an executive and discipleship pastor. During that ministry time in the church, Trace was ordained by the Church of God, Anderson, Indiana. Trace is married to Lana and has six children and two granddaughters.

Rene is our Public Relations Coordinator. After taking her first trip to Haiti with Mission Possible in 2012, she developed a passion for the ministry and continued to go back to Haiti every year. In 2015, she came on staff and enjoys her role of sharing the heart of Mission Possible through speaking engagements, publications, and social media.

Kevin joined Mission Possible in 2024.

Dorie works closely with our Haitian and Dominican national leaders and administrators to gather information concerning the funding of our students and their education. Dorie is very familiar with Mission Possible because she was born in Haiti and spent a lot of time there as a child. She will bring a unique view to our ministry and our students. Dorie is a graduate of the University of Findlay.

Darren has been with Mission Possible since the spring of 2012 and is currently our Leadership Coordinator. He oversees all of the leadership development at our schools in Haiti. Darren became involved with Mission Possible after going on a trip in 2012 and fell in love with what the ministry was doing. He has a passion for encouraging and equipping young people to be leaders.

Belinda has a heart for the children and believes keeping them healthy is a crucial part of equipping them to be Christ-centered leaders. She is responsible for leading teams who provide medical care to our students and staff.

Deb has been instrumental in the training and development of our Community Agents for health in Haiti. Deb continues to lead this program and is an integral part of our health initiative.

Heath (Bud) and Donna run our Mission Possible office in Canada and have been involved with the ministry since 1994. They are in charge of the overall administration of Mission Possible Canada, which is done on a volunteer basis.
